A. ELAINE OLVERD age 88 of Mt. Morris/Nunda, NY, died Sunday September 27, 2015 at the Livingston County Center of Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris, NY. She was born the daughter of Harry and Irene (Little) Downs on June 25, 1927 in Nunda, NY. She married Michael Olverd on September 20, 1947. She retired as Head Teller at Security Trust Bank in Mount Morris where she worked for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Mount Morris, Indian Lake Estates Country Club and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course. She spent her winters in Indian Lake Estates Florida. She was an avid golfer and was twice the State Amateur Champion.

She was predeceased by her son Michael Jr. in 1971, husband Michael Sr. in 2001 and special friend Richard Gleocker in 2012. She is survived by her 2 loving sons David (Claudia) of Plainview, NY and James (Karen) of Mount Morris. 5 grandchildren Danielle, Jeffery, Leah, Michael and Christina. Many other relatives and dear and loving friends.
