ANN L. (HANN) FORBES age 90 of Hunt, New York, died suddenly on Wednesday July 22, 2026, at her home.  She was born the daughter of Louis and Mildred (Mann) Hann on February 11, 1936, in Buffalo, New York. She married Paul "Bucky" Forbes on October 10, 1954.  Prior to her retirement in 1993 she worked at SUNY Geneseo in the Drama and Dance Department for nearly 30 years.  She was a member of the Garwoods United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed gardening, sewing and quilting.

She is predeceased by her Husband Paul "Bucky" in 2014 her parents, Louis and Mildred Hann, Sister Janet Chatley and Brother Louis Hann. She is survived by her Daughter, Pamela (Robert) Washington of Hunt, NY and a Son, Ronald (Anita) Forbes of Mt. Morris.  5 Grandchildren, Clinton Forbes, Tricia Severnson, Jeffrey Rook II, Dustin Rook, Elora Washington.  6 Great-Grandchildren Brodie, Yvaine, Hayden, Bristol, Sophia and Jonathan Paul.  Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends.

Family and Friends may call Saturday August 1, 2026, from 10 am to Noon at the Garwoods United Methodist Church, 10524 County Road 15B, Canaseraga, New York where Services will be held at Noon.  Pastor Greg White officiating.  Burial in Westview Cemetery, Ossian, New York at the Convenience of the Family.  Memorials may be made to the Garwoods United Methodist Church, 10524 County Road 15B, Canaseraga, New York 14822.  Arrangements by the JOHN W.
