ANTHONY S. "ARCHIE" ARGENNA age 93 of Mount Morris, New York, died peacefully on Monday February 22, 2021 at his home.  He was born the son of Anthony and Sarah (Bonadonna) Argenna on April 25, 1927 in Mount Morris, NY.  He was a veteran of the Navy during World War II and the Korean Way from 1945 to 1952,  He married Phyllis Gullo on April 16, 1947.  Prior to his retirement in 1985 he was employed at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea for of 37 years.  He was a lifelong resident of Mount Morris where he was a member of St. Patrick's Church, CSEA and a former Knight of Columbus.  His love of his family always came first.  He enjoyed and took pride in his home, cooking and going shopping.

He is survived by his loving sons Guy A. Argenna of Mount Morris and Charles A. (Susan) Argenna of Henrietta. His cherished 7 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.  4 Sisters Josephine Trybek, Rose (Joseph) Muscarella, Margaret (Philip) Grandshaw and Mary Hamby all of Mount Morris.  Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends including Fred Baracco and Therese Wagner.  He was predeceased by his loving wife of over 73 years Phyllis on Sept. 11, 2020, his parents Anthony and Sarah Argenna and his brother Ralph Argenna.  The family would like to thank all of Archie and Phyllis's caregivers through the years and a special thanks to B.J. Winslow.

No prior calling.  Funeral Mass to be held on Saturday May 1 at 9:30 am at St. Patrick's Church, Mount Morris.  Reverend Bernard Dan officiating.  Interment with full military honors at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Mount Morris with full military honors.  Memorials may be made to Livingston County Hospice, 2 Murray Hill Drive, Mt.
