ARNOLD R. THOMPSON, Born in Batavia, NY.  Parents Elizabeth and Byron Thompson (predeceased). Loving wife of 53 years Sandra Thompson (predeceased). Children Yvonne (Jerry) Krempasky; Todd (Bonnie-Predeceased) Thompson; Kelly Sherlock. Grandchildren Justin (Karen) Sherlock; Ashley Sherlock (predeceased). Great grandchildren Levi and Quinn Sherlock. Step Granddaughter Kathleen (Chris) Jackson and step grandsons Gerard T. Krempasky and Rick Desimone.  Step Great Grandchildren Madison Crowley, Kenzie Krempasky and Kolton Kernehan.  Siblings Donna Haggerty; Mary (Arliss) Ransom and Gerald (Alice) Thompson (both siblings & brother-in-law predeceased). Nieces & nephew Sharon Ransom; Marrilyne Ransom; Shanna Ricciardiello; Sean Haggerty; Tara Wardle; Carole Cunningham; Joyce Thompson (predeceased). Many great nieces & nephews.

Our father grew up on the Thompson family farm and was active in the farming community. He was a volunteer member of Nunda Fire Department for many years. He worked for the Nunda Highway Department for 10+ years.

Our father enjoyed going to the yearly Tractor Shows, Steam Pageants and Fairs with his son and hanging out together on the family farm.   He also enjoyed vacationing in Florida with his eldest daughter.

Our family would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Jamie, Cindy, Kerry, Kirsten, Summer, Brittany, Lisa, Malia, Emily, Beverly and Karen (Kari). Also, a sincere thank you to staff of the Livingston County Hospice Department. We're truly grateful to have kept our father at home comfortably with EVERYONE's combined efforts.

Arrangements provided by John W. Martin Funeral Home, Mount Morris, NY. No calling/viewing hours. A graveside service and burial at Hunts Hollow Cemetery will be held on Saturday April 25 at noon.  Pastor Paul Palmer officiating.
