ASSUNTO P. "SANTO" GERACI age 75 of 545 Mt. Morris-Nunda Road, Mount Morris, died peacefully surround by his loving family on Saturday November 4, 2017 at his home. He was born the son of Joseph and Loretta (Bellavia) Geraci on August 14, 1942 in Sicily. Prior to his retirement in 2004 he was employed at Mount Morris Central School for over 20 years. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church and former member of the Mt. Morris Lions and Kiwanis Clubs. He will forever be remembered for his passion of music and his Santo's 50's Band.


He is survived by his 6 children MaryAnne (Scott) Roffey of Holley, Joseph (Lisa) Geraci of Rochester, JoAnne Bartolotti and JoMarie (Jim) Kimbel both of Mt. Morris, James (Pam) Geraci of Holley and Meghan Geraci of Piffard. 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. 2 brothers Anthony (Blanche) Geraci of Rochester and Andy (Rose) Geraci of Mt. Morris, 3 sisters Mary Sampognaro of Rochester, Agatha Schifino of Avon and Elizabeth "Josephine" DioGuardi of Lima. Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends including his fiancée Sandra Powless of Livonia. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Loretta, sister Santina Liberti and son-in-law Raymond Bartolotti Sr..


No prior calling. Services at the convenience of the family. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery. Memorials may be to Livingston County Hospice Fund or James P. Wilmot Cancer Center.
