BARBARA J. "Barb" BUCHINGER age 72 of Nunda, NY, died Sunday January 29, 2023 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY.  She was born the daughter of Jordan and Betty (Squires) Weir on March 4, 1950 in Warsaw, NY.  She married Bruce Buchinger on March 30, 1972.  Barb will always be remembered for her love of her grandchildren helping to raise them and watching them play sports.  She would always light up a room when she was with her family and friends.  She also loved flea markets, yard sales, gardening and animals.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years Bruce, daughter Natalie Ellis of Nunda.  2 grandchildren Jesse Ellis of Nunda and Shya Tierney of Nunda.  3 sisters Cynthia Bartel of Oregon, Deborah Yencer of Mt. Morris and Patty (Bob) LaClair of Ossian and brother Robert Weir of Nunda.  Several nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends.  She was predeceased by her parents Jordan and Betty Weir and brother James Weir of Texas.
