BARBARA E. MIGNEMI age 87 of 13 Walnut Street, Mount Morris, died Monday March 5, 2018 at her home. She was born the daughter of Lee and Lillian (Schrier) Ess on August 15, 1930 in Castile, NY. She married Thomas Mignemi on June 4, 1949. Prior to her retirement in 1987 she was employed as a Dietitian at Craig Development Center in Sonyea for nearly 40 years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Mt. Morris and CSEA.


She is survived by 3 Children Theresa James of Leicester, Joseph (Susan) Mignemi of Georgia and Thomas (Lynne) Mignemi of Avon. 8 Grandchildren Traci (Keith) Provo, Tim Ferrara, Danielle Mignemi, Nicholas (Megan) Mignemi, Thomas Lee Mignemi, Katie (Richard) Evans, Rachel Mignemi and Natalie Mignemi. 7 Great Grandchildren. Sister Patricia (Carl) Lawrence of Dansville. Brothers and Sisters-in-laws and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas in 1996, parents Lee and Lillian Ess and sister Eleanor Mignemi.


No prior calling. Graveside services to be held at the convenience of the family in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Mt. Morris. Memorials may be to Mount Morris Ambulance Fund, 103 Main St., Mt.
