BERTHA I. "Birdie" PERHAM age 88 of Hunt, New York, died peacefully Tuesday October 29, 2024 at Noyes Hospital in Dansville, New York.  She was born the daughter of Joseph and Vivian Scott on August 26, 1936 in Wellsville, NY.  Prior to her retirement 2016 she worked as the office manager at Nunda Lumber for over 26 years.  Birdie loved to go gambling, playing cards going shopping with her grandchildren, finding good deals at yardsales and spending time with her family.

She is survived her 8 children Linda (Gary) Brown of Florida, Sandy Downs of South Carolina, Sharon Weaver and Roger Perham both of Nunda, Rich (Bobbi Jo) Perham of Florida, Ron (Chris) Perham of Nunda, Jodi Savastano of Fillmore and Judi (Jeff) Moir of Portageville.  Many loved grandchildren and several dear great grandchildren.  Her siblings Roy (Mary) of Wellsville and Catherine Little of Belfast.  Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends.  She was predeceased by her husband Albert, Son Albert, 3 grandchildren Bobbi Jo, Adam and Nicholas and her partner Alvin Castin.

Friends may call Monday November 4 from 4 to 7 pm at the at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris with Funeral Services following calling at 7pm.
