BETTY J. BURDETT age 92 of Nunda, New York, died peacefully on Tuesday February 25, 2025 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris, New York. She was born the daughter of Jesse James and Minnie Estelle (George) Franklin on June 26, 1932 in Bowie, Texas.  She married Paul S. Burdett.  Prior to her retirement she was employed by the American Cancer Society in the Rochester Region.  She was a member of the Oakland Wesleyan Church.

She was predeceased by her husband Paul S. Sr. in 2010 son Paul S. Jr. In 2022.  Survived by 3 grandsons Eric, Forrest and Liam.  SIster Debbie O'Neal of Texas and Brother-in-law James (Anna) Burdett of Geneseo.  Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends including Linda Cromwell of Nunda.

Friends may call Saturday March 8 from 10 am to 12 pm at the Oakland Wesleyan Church, 1519 Route 436, Nunda, New York where services will be held at 12 pm following calling.
