CARMINE "CY" POLITO age 89 of Mount Morris, NY, died Monday October 16, 2023 at FF Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, NY.  He was the son of Pasquale and Angelina (Mastandria) Polito born on August 13, 1934 in Bronx, New York.  He married Marjorie Ardito on April 27, 1957.  He served in the Navy from 1956 to 1959 on the Aircraft Carrier Tarawa as a mechanic.   Prior to his retirement he was a Farmer, Town Constable, Director of Transportation, Realtor, Town Councilman and School Board member.

He is survived by his 2 sons John ( Lori) Polito and Chris (Kris) Polito.  Grandchildren Leta (Jake) Button, Andrew (Alex) Polito, Lucas (Erin) Polito and Tyler (Lauryn) Polito  and 7 Great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by his wife Marjorie in 2010.

A life celebration will be held on 10/22/23 at 1:00 PM 181 Monroe Street Honeoye Falls.  Private family interment at West Jefferson Cemetery in the Spring.
