CAROL A. PROVINO age 83 of Mount Morris, New York, died Saturday February 17, 2024 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris, NY.  She was born the daughter of Mary Prevorce on February 25, 1940 in Dansville, New York.  Carol worked at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea for many years and retired as a director from Finger Lakes DDSO.  She was a member of CSEA.

She is survived by her Daughter Kathy Scott of Florida and daughter in-law Debbie Provino of Mount Morris.  5 Grandchildren Tracy Provino, Samuel (Li) Provino, Jason Scott, Holly (Eric) Howe, Justin Scott.  6 Great grandchildren Kolby & Calogero Scott , Kayd Burley , Alexandria Howe, Alexander Provino and Zoey (Chelsea Schuette) Scott.   Sister Barb (Jay) Leone of Mount Morris.  Many nieces, nephews along with dear and loving friends.  She was predeceased by her husband Sam, son Sam and son-in-law Lynn Scott.

Friends may call Friday March 1 from 12 – 2 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris where Funeral Services will be held Friday at 2 pm.  Interment Mount Morris Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to may be made to your favorite charity.  Sign the online registry at
