CHARLES R. "CHARLIE" FAGAN age 72 of Mount Morris, formerly of Sonyea/Leicester, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday November 22, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born the son of James D. and Margaret (Willison) Fagan on October 29, 1947 in Warsaw, New York. He was a graduate of York Central School and was enshrined in the York Football Hall of Fame in 2015. Charlie was a life long farmer having worked up until the summer of 2018. He also owned and operated Fagan Construction and C & C Painting for several years. Charlie will be remembered for his love of gardening, the Buffalo Bills and Richard Petty and NASCAR.

He is survived by his Son Chad (Traci) Fagan of Rochester, Granddaughter Tenley Fagan of Rochester. Chad's mother Patricia "Coop" Fagan of Amsterdam. Brother James D. (Sharon) Fagan of Lakeville/Florida. 4 sisters Linda "Hanger" Brady of Mount Morris, Barb (Greg) Spezzano of Piffard, Donna "Digger" (Ron) Kelch of Caledonia and Nancy "Tid" (James) Templeton of York. Many nieces, nephews cousins and dear and loving friends including Bill (Lisa) D'Angelo of Leicester. He was predeceased by his parents Jim and Margaret, brother Gary and Sister Jayne Anderson.

Friends may call Monday November 25 from 4-7 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris. A life celebration reception will be held Monday at 7 pm at the Genesee River Restaurant, Mount Morris, NY. Graveside Services will be held Tuesday at 11 am at Leicester Cemetery.
