CONSTANCE "Connie" J. LOWELL age 87 of Dalton, New York, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday May 1, 2026, at her home in Dalton, New York. She was born the daughter of Merlin and Roma (Barney) Schneider on Auguster 28, 1938 in Grove, New York. She married Terry K. Lowell on February 14, 1958. Connie loved to dance, read, travel, and go on ice cream rides. She loved her family and enjoyed gatherings and holidays with them at her home. Connie served as a host for the AFS program opening her home to exchange students from around the world. Marrium, Marlene, Kate, Ingvild, Simone, Nunny and Catalina. Prior to her retirement she worked in the Cafeteria at the Dalton School for over 20 years. She was a lifelong member of the Dalton United Methodist Church where she served on several committees and taught Sunday School for many years.

Connie is survived by her loving husband of over 68 years, Terry 5 children Kelley (Marty) Howard, Scott (Heather) Lowell, Kimberly (Jeff) Flint, Patrice (James) Forrester, and Amy (Tom) Davies. 10 Grandchildren Terra, Tiffany, Matthew, Meghan, Eric, Travis, Ryan, Terry, Kathryn, and Connor. And 10 Great Grandchildren, Parker, Presley, Charlotte, Haylee, Marshall, Malcolm, Lowell, Ruby, Roma, and Camilla. Brother Fay (Anna) Schneider. Several nieces, nephews, and dear and loving friends. She was predeceased by her parents, brother William Schneider (Kathy), brother-in-law Bradley Lowell (Carolyn), and sister-in-law Nancy (Lowell) Debra Besst.

Friends may call Friday May 8th from 4 to 7 pm at the Dalton United Methodist Church 10074 State Street Dalton. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 9th at 11 am at the Dalton United Methodist Church. A luncheon will be held following the service at the Woodlynn Hills Golf Course 8780 NY 408, Nunda NY 14517.
