DANIEL R. "Dan" COFFEY age 75 of Mount Morris, New York, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday January 11, 2024 at UR/ Noyes Medical Center in Dansville, New York. He was born the son of Gordon and Ruth (Bauer) Coffey on January 12, 1948 in Dansville, New York.   He married Kathlynn "Kathy" D'Agostino on November 10, 1979.  He worked in the Maintenance Department at the DEC Regional Complex in East Avon for over 12 years. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church and was an Altar server and Eucharistic Minister for many years, former member of the Mount Morris Sports Boosters and Mount Morris Neighborhood Watch program.  He loved collecting arrowheads and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills.

He is survived by his loving wife over 44 years Kathy, 4 children Kristin Coffey of Chili, Justin (Jillian) Coffey of Honeoye Falls, Brooke (Chad) Strobel of Pavilion and Brandi Coffey of Mount Morris. 4 grandchildren Braiden, Cru, Jax and Connor.  Brother David (Marie) Coffey of Corning.  Several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear and loving friends.  He was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Ruth Coffey, brother Hank Coffey and sister Ruth Coffey.

Friends may call Friday January 19 from 4 to 7 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris, New York.  Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, January 20th at St. Patrick's Church at 10 am.
