DAVID P. KONOPSKI, age 57, of West Sparta, died Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born the son of Valentine and Bonnie (Wagner) Konopski on November 2, 1964, in Montour Falls, New York.  He worked as a Mail Carrier at the Mount Morris Post Office for nearly 10 years.  He was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers.  His lifelong passions were his love of music and fishing.  He and Christopher Kemp co wrote and produced the album The Dream Has Died Too Soon.

He is survived by his daughter Kyra Konopski of West Sparta, mother Bonnie Bagley of Watkins Glen, sister Shelly (David) Kamakawiwo'ole of Watkins Glen, Valerie (Rick) Hazzard of Bath, two nieces Maia and Maulena Kamakawiwo'ole, and many loving friends and family.  He was predeceased by his father Valentine Konopski and dear friends Michael and Daniel Quinn.
