DOMINIC A. PERAINO age 89 of Morgan Estates Assisted Living in Geneseo formerly of Mount Morris, died Tuesday September 22, 2015 at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born the son of Salvatore and Benedetta (Nasca) Peraino on November 4, 1925 in Mount Morris, NY. He was a World War II Veteran of the Navy from 1943 to 46. He married Mary Macchirella on September 27, 1947. Prior to his retirement in 1981 he was employed as a plumber at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea for over 25 years. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Mt. Morris, the Mount Morris American Legion and VFW posts and CSEA

He is survived by his loving wife Mary, 4 children Sam (Donna) Peraino of Florida, Bernice "Beany" (Donald) Chichester of Geneseo, Carol (Michael) Lindsey of Livonia and James (Loretta) Peraino of Geneseo. 11 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. Sister Margaret (Robert) George of Florida. Many nieces, nephews and Cousins.

Friends may call Friday from 3 -7 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris, where prayers will be said on Saturday at 9 am followed by a funeral mass at St. Patrick's Church at 9:30.
