DONALD M. FOLLETT age 81 of 38 Hopkins Street, Mt. Morris, NY died Wednesday June 27, 2018 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born the son of Donald and Evelyn Follett on November 17, 1936 in Perry, NY. He married Helen Forbes on June 30, 1956.  Prior to his retirement he was employed at Foster Wheeler in Dansville. He also was the groundskeeper at the Keshequa Golf Club for many years. He was a member of the Keshequa Golf Club in Sonyea.


He is survived by his loving Wife of nearly 62 years Helen. 4 Children Diane (Roy) Franchi, Donald (Mel) Follett, Cathy (Rick) Forbes all of Mt. Morris and Tammy (Jim) Bovard of Ithaca. 16 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandson. 1 Brother Michael (Betty) Follett of Avon and Sister Mary Hall of Warsaw. Many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his granddaughter Tanya Lynn and his parents Donald and Evelyn Follett.


Friends may call Saturday from 12 - 3 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris where funeral Services will be held following Calling Hours at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be to the American Cancer Center.  Sign the online registry at
