DONNA L. FRATE age 64 of 42 Case Street, Mount Morris, NY, died Saturday April 6, 2013 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was born the daughter of Donald and Marilyn (Schroeder) Slack on January 11, 1949 in Cuba, NY. Prior to her retirement in 2011 she was employed as a medical records technician at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and rehabilitation in Mount Morris for nearly 15 years. She married Louis Frate on April 20, 1991.

She is survived by husband Louis, son Brian (Heather) Hyer of Albany, daughter Beth (William) Griffin of Suffolk, Va. Granddaughter Riley Griffin and Grandson Ethan Griffin. Mother Marilyn Schroeder of Mt. Morris. Sisters Connie Davis of Mt. Morris and Sandy McCoy of Elba.

Friends may call Thursday from 4-6 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris. Following calling hours everyone is invited to the Family Home, 42 Case Street, Mount Morris for a celebration of her life from 6-8 pm. In lieu of Flowers.
