DOUGLAS M. DECLERCK age 49 of Geneseo formerly of Mt. Morris, died suddenly Thursday December 27, 2018 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born the son of Peter and Marcia (Thelen) Declerck on October 9, 1969 in Rochester, NY.

He is survived by sister Dorathea Mott of Avon, brother Troy Declerck of Sodus and Girl Friend of over 12 years Annmarie.  Many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear and loving friends. He was Predeceased by his parents Peter and Marcia Declerck and brother John Declerck
