ERMA L. GULLO age 97 of Nunda, New York, died peacefully on Thursday June 12, 2025 at the Fairport Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Fairport, NY.  She was born the daughter of Clarence and Minetta "Nettie" (Schoepflin) Meissel on August 16, 1927 in Warsaw, New York.  She married Samuel Gullo on November 15, 1947.  Prior to her retirement in 1985 she and Sam owned and operated Nunda Cleaners from 1951 to 1985.  She was a member of Holy Angels church in Nunda and a former member of Triple Creek Golf Club in Nunda.  She enjoyed golfing, bowling and doing cross stitching

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Gary and Wendy Gullo of Fairport.  2 Grandchildren Amy (Edward III) Gunzelmann of New Hampshire and Michael (Briana) Gullo of Oregon.  4 Great Grandchildren Elise and Edward IV Gunzelmann of New Hampshire and Avery and Hayden Gullo of Oregon. Sister-in-law Nancy Meissel of Perry.  Several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband of 66 years Sam in 2014, Sister Norma and 2 brothers Gerald and LaVerne.
