Frances Louise Bonadonna age 96, of 69 Chapel Street, Mt. Morris passed away on October 13, 2018 at Strong Memorial Hospital. She was born on November 8, 1921 in Mt. Morris, New York and was the daughter of the late Peter and Julianna Piraino. Frances, also know as Chick, was intelligent, quiet and reserved and always put family and friends first. She was known for her cooking and sewing skills and was unerringly generous and creative; from small, thoughtful treats to extraordinary tailored towels. She made everyone in her world feel loved and special. During her life she loved to travel with her husband Louie, especially to visit their four children and precious grandchildren.


A devout wife, mother, daughter, sister and nana, Frances will forever be remembered for her love of family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Dziewisz (Steve), daughter Jacqueline Bonadonna, daughter-in-law Colleen Bonadonna, grandchildren, Melissa (Rob) Hebrank, Kellie Lux, Daniel Dziewisz Sr., Chad Bonadonna, Giulia Bonadonna, and great grandson Daniel Dziewisz Jr., sister Lucretia Zamejc, as well as nieces, nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis Bonadonna, son Dr. Donald Bonadonna, daughter Frances Lux, and grandson Bryan Bonadonna, brother Joseph and John.


Friends may call Wednesday from 8:30 - 9:30 am at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris where prayers will be said on Wednesday at 9:30 am followed by a funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Church at 10 am.
