FRANCES IRENE FLY age 83 of 600 Country Lane, Geneseo, formerly of Henrietta, died suddenly November 4, 2013 at her home in Geneseo. She was born the daughter of Irving and Mildred (Bundrock) Halstead on January 22, 1930 in Lockport, NY. Prior to her retirement in 1992 she was employed as a Nurse at St. John's Home in Rochester, NY for over 25 years.

She is survived by her son Paul (Peggy) Fly of Mount Morris, 2 Grandsons Pat (Laura) Fly of Harrisonburg, Virginia and Brian (Chastity) Fly of Dansville. 3 Great Grandchildren Joshua and Elisabeth Fly both of Harrisonburg, Virginia and Mikayla Fly of Dansville. Sister Annabele Rice of California, brother Robert Halstead of Washington. 2 Sisters-in-law Delores McMullen of Penfield and Marion Halstead of Newfane and brother-in-law Thomas Fly of Rochester. Many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband John in 1996 and son Peter T. Fly in 1988.

Friends may call Friday from 3-6 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris where Funeral services will be held Friday at 6 pm. Pastor Deby Scott officiating.
