FRANK A. MULLEY age 90 of Leicester, New York, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday June 8, 2026 at UR/ Noyes Medical Center in Dansville, New York. He was born the son of Joseph and Theresa (Bissell) Mulley on February 2, 1936 in Mount Morris, New York. He served in the Air force from 1954 to 1957. He married Carol Pfuntner on November 20, 1958. He retired from the Rochester Labors' Union Local 435. He was a member of St. Thomas-Aquinas Church in Leicester, NY.

He is survived by his loving wife Carol of 68 years. Three children Theresa (William) Derrenbacher of Dansville, Frank Joseph Mulley of Leicester and Patty (Larry) Riggi of Caledonia. Five Grandchildren and ten Great grandchildren. Sister Johann Palma of Geneseo. Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Theresa Mulley, Sister Rose Foote and brother-in-law's George Foote and Lawrence "Bill" Palma.

No prior calling. Graveside Services with military honors will be held on Thursday June 11th at 11 am at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Murray Street, Mount Morris, NY. Reverend Daniel White Officiating.
