GERALD C. "Jerry" BARKLEY age 86 of Nunda, New York, died Saturday May 9, 2020 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, New York.  He was born the son of Herbert and Ruth (Chapell) Barkley on November 3, 1933 in Warsaw, New York.  He served in the Army during the Korean War from 1953-55.  He married Margaret Mueller on July 21, 1962. Prior to his retirement in 1991 he was employed as a mechanic at Eastman Kodak in Rochester for nearly 30 years.  He was a member of Holy Angels Church in Nunda, Keshequa Alumni Association and the Nunda Historical Society.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Margaret.  3 children Ruth Ann (Alan) Fultz and David (Helen) Barkley both of Warsaw and Craig (Lisa) Barkley of Portageville.  4 Grandchildren.  Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

No prior calling.  A memorial mass will be held on Saturday September 19, 2020 at Holy Angels Church (Only 46 people allowed in Church during mass)  Church Street, Nunda at 11 am followed by a A Life Celebration Luncheon at Kiwanis Park Pavilion, Portage Street, Nunda at 12:15 pm, followed by military honors ceremony at 1 pm.  Memorials may be made to Nunda Historical Society, 24 Portage Street, Nunda, New York 14517.  Arrangements by the JOHN W.
