HAROLD R. MACOMBER age 91 of 15 Grove Street, Mount Morris, died Sunday May 10, 2015 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris, NY. He was born the son of Charles and Edna (Greenman) Macomber on August 28, 1923 in Batavia, NY. He married Emeline Buck on August 3, 1946. Prior to his retirement he owned and operated Macomber Farms in Mount Morris for over 50 years. He was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church of Tuscarora.

He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Emeline. 5 children William (Jean) Macomber of North Cohocton, Arlene Putnam of Blasdell, Daniel (Janice) Macomber on Bridgeport, NE, Evanna DiSalvo of Rochester and Luanna (William) Gilbert of Mt. Morris. 13 grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren. Sister Myra Quackenbush of Mumford. Several nieces, nephews and many dear and Loving friends including Susan Burgett. Predecease by his granddaughter Tammy Macomber in 2001 and siblings Mary Briggs, Irene O'Dell, Helen Dykstra, Clarence, Darwin, Ralph and Roger Macomber.

Friends may call Wednesday from 3-7 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris. Memorial services will be held Friday at 10 am at the First Presbyterian Church of Tuscarora. Reverend Stuart Buisch officiating .
