HELEN S. (Victoria) GENTILE age 97 of Mount Morris, NY, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday October 24, 2021 at her home.   She was born the daughter of Charles and Frances (Orange) Victoria on October 1, 1924 in Mount Morris, NY.  She was a life resident of Mount Morris.  Prior to her retirement in 1983 she worked as a keyboard specialist at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea for over 15 years.  She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Rosary Society, St. Ann's Society and CSEA.

She is survived son Harold (Vicki) Long Jr. of Mt. Morris.  4 grandchildren Erin (Robert) Janezic of Charlotte, North Carolina, Daniel (Abby) Long of Fairport, David (Kristen) Long of Hilton and Victoria (Paul) Scholl of Raleigh, North Carolina.  5 Great Grandchildren Connor, McKenzie, Sonny, Allison and Lucille.  Sister Elaine Bitsko of Chili and Brother Anthony Victoria of Mt. Morris.  Several nieces, nephews and many dear friends including Ellen Long of Charlotte, North Carolina.  She was predeceased by her husband's Anton Gentile in 2003, Harold Long Sr. in 1952 and sister Josephine Noto.

No prior calling.  Prayers will be said Tuesday at 9 am at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street (Route 408), Mount Morris followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Church at 9:30 am.  Burial St. Patrick's Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers.  Memorials may be made to Livingston County Hospice Fund, 2 Murray Hill Drive, Mt.
