HELEN M. THIELE age 85 of Leicester, New York, died peacefully on Sunday October16, 2022 at her home in Leicester, NY.  She was born the daughter of Russell John and Dorothy Jane (Owlett) Abbey on February 14, 1937 in Westfield, Pennsylvania.  She married Lyle Thiele on May 22, 1952.   She loved her cats, sewing and baking.

She is survived by her loving daughter Carol Pattridge of Leicester.  Brother Harold Abbey of Corning.  Nieces, nephews and many dear and loving friends.  She was predeceased by her Husband Lyle in 2020 and son-in-law David Pattridge in 2012.
