JAMES S. "JIM" MATTHEWS age 101 of Leicester, New York died Saturday July 7, 2018.  Born on April 3, 1917 in Brookport, Illinois.

Survived by his wife, Shirley, his 2 sons William (Darlene) Matthews of Illinois and Steven (Leonore) Matthews of Indiana. 4 grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. 1 Great Nephew of Mississippi.  Brother-in Law Robert Richardson and G. Leo (Sharon) Richardson and their families.  Jim retired as executive staff member of Rochester Products, General Motors Corporation, Rochester, NY in 1979.  He was a member of the Leicester Evangelical Church and the York-Leicester Kiwanis Club. He was predeceased by his parents William H. and Nora Alice (Stephens) Matthews.
