JANET M. WAGAR age 75 of Tuscarora, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday December 27, 2018 at her home. She was born the daughter of Lawrence and Leona (Fleming) Robbins on June 8, 1943 in Watertown, NY. She married Donald Wagar on December 29, 1962. Prior to her retirement she owned and operated the Tuscarora General Store for over 15 years.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 56 years Donald. 2 sons Kevin Wagar of Mt. Morris and Jeff (Tammy) Wagar of West Virginia. 7 grandchildren Justin, Josh, Klay, Kelsey, Kole, Melissa and Nicole and 4 great grandchildren Layne, Wesley, Riley and Waylan. 4 sisters Marilyn Regan of Avon, Marlene Dunaway of Florida, Maureen Brimmer of Dexter and Rosemary Robbins of Watertown. 3 brothers James (her twin) and Gary Robbins both of Dexter and Terry Robbins of LaFargeville. Many nieces and nephews.
