JEFFREY PAUL SULLIVAN age 31 of Mount Morris/Nunda, died Suddenly Friday June 15, 2018 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born the son of Douglas Palmer and Christine Sullivan on March 16, 1987 in Rochester, NY. He graduated from Keshequa Central School.


He is survived by wife Nicole. 2 daughters Willow Sullivan of Warsaw and Kayden Sullivan of West Sparta. Brothers Jonathan Sullivan of Arizona, Kevin (Danielle) Sullivan of Geneseo, Alex Mongillo of Nunda, Nick Mongillo of Nevada and their mother Jackie Mongillo of Nunda. Paternal Grandmother Marion (Robert Thompson) Paler of Nunda and Maternal Grandmother Joan Sullivan of Tuscarora.  Many Aunts, uncles, cousins and dear and loving friends.  He was predeceased by his parents Doug Palmer and Christine Sullivan and Grandfathers William Palmer and Robert Sullivan.

Friends may call Friday June 29 from 4-6 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris. Funeral Services will he held Saturday June 30 at 11 am at the Oakland Wesleyan Church, Route 436, Oakland, NY. Pastor Paul Palmer Officiating. Interment Oakland Cemetery, Oakland NY.
