JOANNE FRANCO age 89 of Groveland, New York died Thursday January 16, 2025, at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris, New York. She was born the daughter of Austin and Leola (French) Smallidge on August 8, 1935, in Brighton, New York. She married Manuel Franco. Prior to her retirement she worked as a Senior Stenographer for the State of New York for many years.

She was predeceased by her Husband Manuel, Father Austin Smallidge in 1986 and Mother Leola Smallidge in 1996. She is survived by several nieces and nephews including Jeffery Austin, Lenore Maggs, Roseann Rush and Kathryn McCormack all of Arizona and Greg Smallidge of Seattle, Washington. Many dear and loving friends including Jon Stern of Groveland.
