JOHN W. BARNARD age 61 of Leicester, NY, died peacefully surround by his family on Monday January 24, 2022 at his home.  He was born the son of Charles and Mary Ann (McMullin) Barnard on November 5, 1960 in Berlin, Germany.  He was a Veteran of the Army from 1980 to 1983.  He married Thresa Cartwright on May 11, 1985.  He work for the Arc of Livingston/Wyoming in Mount Morris.  He was a member of the Leicester Fire Department for 5 years, Sergeant of Arms for the Fire Police Association.  He loved to Hunt, Fish and spend time camping.

He is survived by his loving wife Thresa.  2 Children Heather (Paul) Crowley of Batavia and William Barnard of Leicester.  4 grandchildren Tyler (Tiffany) Mann-Jack, Zachary Lovell, Alexandrea Mann and Cooper Crowley.  1 great granddaughter Hazelee Mann.  His mother Mary Ann Barnard of Perry.  3 Brothers Brian Barnard of Perry, Thomas (Sophia) Barnard of Texas and Henry (Darlene) Barnard of Nevada.  Many nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends.  He was predeceased by his Father Charles Barnard and Brother Robert Barnard.
