JOYCE TURYBURY age 89 of Leicester died Wednesday October 11, 2017 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was born the daughter of Vernon and Beatrice (Schirmer) Shetler on March 29, 1928 in Wayland, NY. Prior to her retirement she was employed for over 25 years at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea, NY. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Mount Morris and CSEA


She is survived by her 2 children JoMarie (David) LaGeorge Park of Leicester and John LaGeorge of Retsof. 7 Grandchildren Travis (Lisa) Inzinna of Perry, Trista (Steve Slocum) Inzinna and Trent (Heather) Inzinna both of Leicester, Justin LaGeorge Washington, Matthew (Brittni) LaGeorge of Tennessee, Timothy & Madison LaGeorge both of Retsof. 2 Great Grandchildren BrieAnna & EmmaLee Inzinna both of Leicester. 2 Sisters Betty Hochlander of Florida and Norma Englert of Manchester. Many nieces and nephews including Godchild Shelly. She was predeceased by her husband Charles, Sister Arlene Schubmehl and brothers Gary, Donald and Bob Shetler.


No prior calling as per her wishes. Funeral Mass to held Monday at St. Patrick's Church at 9:30 am. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery.
