KATHERINE D. SHARLOW age 55 of 122 Chestnut Lane, Mount Morris, New York, died Wednesday December 28, 2016 at the Palliative Care Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital. She was born the daughter of Kenneth "Dutch" and Elizabeth "Betty" (Cheney) Barnhardt on February 9, 1961 in Batavia, New York. She had previously worked at the Big M Grocery Store in Mt. Morris, NY. She was a member of the Mount Morris Congregation of the Jehovah Witness in Leicester. She loved to bake and collect cows.


She is survived by 2 children Rachel Martin and Richard Martin II both of Mt. Morris, Parents Kenneth "Dutch" & Elizabeth "Betty" Barnhardt of Mount Morris. 5 grandchildren Dylan, Vanessa, Gavin, Richard III and Logan. Husband Brian. 2 sisters Robin Lowery of Leicester and Cher (Gary) McTarnaghan of Nunda. Brother Kenneth "Dutch" (Yvonne)Barnhardt of Silver Springs. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear and loving friends.


Friends may call Monday Jan. 2 from 2-4pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris In lieu of flowers.
