KATHLEEN D. MCDOWELL age 73 of Mount Morris, NY died peacefully on Wednesday May 26, 2021 at her home.  She was born the daughter of Leamond and Mabel (Upright) Stillman on November 28, 1947 in Warsaw, NY.  She was a volunteer for Fingerlakes DDSO Senior companion Program for over 12 years.

She is survived her loving companion of nearly 20 years Richard Rowley, 2 sons Kenneth (Naomi) Rymer of Mt. Morris and Scott Rymer of Geneseo.  Many grand and great grandchildren including Marissa, Matthew, Christian, Blayze, WillowAnn, HeidiLynn and Dickie Bird.  Her sister Brenda (Gary) Watson of Florida.  Many nieces, nephews and her dear and loving friends for the Senior Companion Program.  She was predeceased by her husband Zibby "Bob" McDowell in 2001.
