Kurt Davis Prister died peacefully in Rochester, NY, on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at the age of 65, with dear friends at his side. He is survived by his sister Julia Harper and brother-in-law Russ Harper of Rockville, VA, his children, Andrew Prister (Laffan) and Kelly Prister, his church family, and countless friends all over the world.

A memorial service will be held at Perinton Presbyterian Church at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 12. Private interment will take place in Mt. Morris, NY, this summer. Instead of flowers, please consider a charitable donation in Kurt's memory to the endowment of The Chautauqua Institution ( www.giving.chq.org/endowment ), which Kurt loved to attend each summer.
