LINDA M. KNOTT age 45 of Beechwood Avenue, Castile, New York, died Monday September 11, 2017 at Strong Memorial Palliative Care Unit in Rochester, NY. She was born the daughter of Philip and Mary (Buchanan) Barnhardt on May 17, 1972 in California. She has worked at the Dollar Tree in Warsaw prior to her illness.


She is survived by her 3 Children Ryan Wyant of Castile, Rebecca (John Tomczak) Wyant of Dalton and Brittany Barnhardt of Castile. 2 Grandchildren Elliott and Hunter. 3 Siblings Karen (Allen) Schojan of Castile, Michael Barnhardt of Long Island, NY and Sue Bunce of North Carolina. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including her dear friend Kristy Wyant of Castile. She was predeceased by her parents Philip in 1991 and mother Mary in 2016.


Friends may call Thursday Sept 21 from 3 to 4 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris where funeral services will be held Thursday at 4 pm.
