MARGARET C. KELLEY, age 88 of Pittsford, NY, and formerly Mount Morris, NY, and Coral Gables, FL, died peacefully on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY.  She was born the daughter of John and Helen (Roper) Mlinarcik on June 6, 1937, in Youngstown, Ohio. She married Francis M. Kelley, M.D., on June 17, 1961.

Marge was a 1959 graduate of Duquesne University, earning a Bachelor of Science. She began her career right after college in Washington as a surgical nurse at D.C. General Hospital, where she met Frank in the hospital cafeteria. After raising her boys, she returned to nursing with the Monroe County Department of Public Health as a home care consultant at Genesee Hospital in Rochester for over 15 years.  During retirement, she lived seasonally between the Kelley family home in Mount Morris, NY, and her condo in Coral Gables, FL. She was a member of numerous social and professional groups and societies, including the 70th Seton Group.

She is survived by her sons, Michael (Lisa) and David (Tami), and her grandsons, Sean and Ryan.

Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 4, at 9:30 am at St. Louis Church, 64 South Main St., Pittsford, NY. Family and friends are invited to gather for calling hours and a reception with food immediately following the Mass until 2:00 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, Garden Room, 800 Pittsford-Victor Road, Pittsford, NY.
