MARGUERITE A. MAYES age 91 of Mount Morris, died Tuesday July 13, 2021 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY.  She was born the daughter of Louis and Mary Ann (Niekras) Liberatore on November 25, 1929 in Elmira, NY.  She married Russell H. Mayes on October 28, 1954. Prior to her retirement in 1973 she worked as an EKG Technician at St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell, NY.   She was a member of St. Patrick's Church.  She loved to going out to dinner and spending time with all of her family.

She is survived by 4 children Gail Wint of Dansville, James (Mary) Mayes of Fowlerville, Russell Mayes Jr. and John (Teresa) Mayes all of NV.  9 grandchildren, 14 Great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.  Several nieces, nephews and many dear and loving friends.  She was predeceased by her husband Russell Mayes Sr. on January 30, 2004.

Friends may call Sunday 1-3pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris.  Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 9:30 am at St. Patrick's Church, Mt.
