MARY ANNA GARAGOZZO of Mount Morris went to her heavenly home on April 4, 2018 surrounded by family and friends at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris. Born July 27, 1931 to Vito and Frances (Russo) Celentano. Mary Anna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She worked
alongside her husband at Charles Hair Salon for 54 years retiring in 2005. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Mt. Morris and St. Luke's the Evangelist Parish of Western Livingston County where she served for over 35 years as Eucharistic Minister serving the County Campus and the homebound.


Mary Anna loved to bake her famous cookies with her children, grandchildren and daughter-in-law. They were always her special gift to family and friends during the holidays.


She was predeceased by her husband Charles and is survived by her 4 children Diane (David) Sabathne of IL, David (Wendy) Garagozzo of Leicester, Joyce (Ron) Richards and Sandy (Lou) Cardilli both of Victor. 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Sister Delores Dacey of Fairport and brother Michael (Ellen) Celentano of Schenectady.

Friends may call Sunday from 1 - 4 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris. Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 10 am at St. Patrick's Church.
