MARY G. PERAINO age 90 of Morgan Estates Assisted Living in Geneseo formerly of Mount Morris, died Tuesday November 24, 2015 at Nicholas Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. She was born the daughter of Vincent and Carrie (Ferrara) Macchirella on August 12, 1925 in Jamestown, NY. She married Dominic A. Periano on September 27, 1947. Prior to her retirement in 1982 she was employed at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea for nearly 25 years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Mt. Morris and CSEA.

She is survived by 4 children Sam (Donna) Peraino of Florida, Bernice "Beany" (Donald) Chichester of Geneseo, Carol (Michael) Lindsey of Livonia and James (Loretta) Peraino of Geneseo. 11 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. 4 Sisters Sally Marble of Batavia, Angeline Guarino of Rochester, Carmella Palma of Williamsville and Jennie (John) Koch of Lakeville. Many nieces, nephews and Cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Dominic on Sept. 22, 2015.

Friends may call Friday from 3 -7 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris, where prayers will be said on Saturday at 9 am followed by a funeral mass at St. Patrick's Church at 9:30 am.
