Millard C. "Hugh" Hughes' Obituary
MILLARD C. 'HUGH" HUGHES age 72 of 5677 East Avon-Lima Road, Avon, NY, died Monday July 22, 2013 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Mount Morris, NY. He was born the son of Millard and Frances (Dibble) Hughes on September 27, 1940 in Herkimer, NY. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a nurse's aid at Bassett Memorial Hospital in Cooperstown, NY. He also had worked at several area farms.
He is survived by his brother William Hughes of Oneida and his sister Janice DeChristina of Fort Herkimer. Nieces, nephews and many dear and loving friends.
No prior calling. Graveside services will be at the convenience of the family at Cedarville Cemetery. Arrangements by the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris. Sign the online registry at
