NORMAN J. PHILLIPS age 86 of Nunda, New York, died Sunday May 24, 2020 at the Steuben Center in Bath, New York.  He was born the son of Homer and Eva (Harris) Phillips on March 24, 1934 in Littleton, West Virginia.  He served in the Army during the Korean War from 1953-56.  Prior to his retirement in 1996 he was employed at Delco in Rochester for over 32 years.  He was an avid Hunter and enjoyed his trips to the casinos.

He is survived by his 5 children Robert Taylor of Florida, James (Becky) Taylor of Nunda, Pam Phillips of Rochester, Norman Phillips Jr. of Ontario and Cheryl Phillips of Rochester.  10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  Sister Rosemary Phillips of Virginia.  Nieces, nephews and many dear and loving friends.  He was predeceased by his wife Pauline in 2002 and Grandson Curtis Whitney, Danny Whitney and Jamie Taylor.
