OWEN GEORGE PLUNKETT age 69 of 5495 Gibsonville Road, Leicester, New York, died Tuesday January 24, 2012 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris, New York. He was born the son of Owen and Helen (Lynch) Plunkett on September 1, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York. He enlisted in the Navy in 1960 where he served until his discharge in 1963. Prior to his retirement he was employed as an Iron Worker for Sachem Iron Works in Medford, New York.

He is survived by his daughter Sara Laton of Leicester. 3 Brothers Philip Plunkett of Leicester and Thomas and Richard Plunkett both of New Jersey. 2 Sisters Carol (William) St. Marie of Florida and Catherine Plunkett of New Hampshire. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear and loving friends. He was predeceased by his brother John Plunkett in 1981.
