PATRICIA ROY age 77 of Mount Morris, New York, died on Saturday July 19, 2025 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mount Morris, New York. She was born the daughter of Joseph and Ruth (Farmer) Neeley on September 14, 1947 in Paris, Texas.  She married Richard Roy on December 5, 1994.

She is survived by her husband of over 30 years Richard.  3 Sons Joe Horton of Texas, Richard Horton and Troy (Tammy) Horton both of Pavilion and Daughter Margaret (Jeremiah) Johnson of Batavia, NY. Daughter-in-law Julie Roy of Pavilion,  10 Grandchildren and 10 Great grandchildren.  2 sisters Dot and Jovetta.  Several nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends.  She was predeceased by her son Shad Roy, parents, 1 sister and 1 brother.
