PHILLIPE JOHN VINCENTY age 72 of Horseheads, New York formerly of Nunda, NY died peacefully on Sunday June 14, 2026 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.   He was born the son of Felipe and Josephine (Vincenty) Rodriguez on January 14, 1954 in New York City.

He is survived by the residents and staff at Able2 in Horseheads and the Nunda IRA in Nunda NY.  He was predeceased by his parents.
