RAYMOND W. BLAZAK JR. age 71 of 69 Mill Street, Nunda, died Suddenly Monday September 22, 2014 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. He was born the son of Raymond and Lillian Blazak Sr. on September 1, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Prattsburg Central School in 1962. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War from 1962 until 1964. He retired in 2000 as a safety officer for over 25 years from Fingerlakes DDSO and Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea. He is a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars and CSEA.

He is survived by his daughter Renee (Thomas) Parks of Leicester. 2 Grandchildren Keith ( Alex) Parks of NC and Cheyenne Parks of Leicester. His girl friend Cathy Babcock of Prattsburg. Aunt Millie Blazak and several cousins.

Friends may call Saturday October 4 from 10 - 11 am at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 am.
