RICHARD ALLEN PROCTOR age 57 of 35 Grove Street, Mount Morris, New York, died Friday September 21, 2012 at Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. He was born the son of William and Marilyn (Huntone) Proctor on July 14, 1955 in Hemlock, NY. He was a veteran of the Navy. He married Margaret Constantine on October 15, 2005. He was employed as a Shipping Clerk for the ARC of Livingston/Wyoming County in Mount Morris for 3 years and had also worked at Mount Morris Furniture. He was a member of the Conlon Mulvaney American Legion Post in Conesus, NY.

He is survived by his loving wife Margaret "Peggy" (Constantine) Proctor, 2 children Tammy (Cliff) Yeoman of Wayland and Jason Proctor of Dansville. 2 Step Children Jason and Angela Winans both of Portageville and Mary Lou (Jason) Cline of Hunt. 2 Granddaughters Samantha and Amber Yeoman both of Wayland. Father William Proctor of Atlanta. 4 Brothers Robert Proctor of Conesus, James (Colleen) Proctor of Mt. Morris, Jeff (Theresa) Proctor of NC and Michael (Tracey) Proctor of Scottsburg. 3 sisters Linda (Dan) Burley of Cohocton, Bonnie (Mike) Litteer of Conesus and Laurie (Brett) Johnston of Loon Lake. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear and loving Friends. He was predeceased by his mother Marilyn Proctor.

Friends may call Tuesday from 3 - 7 pm at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 37 Chapel Street, (Route 408), Mount Morris where Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 7 pm.
