Robert J. "Bob" Battaglia age 76 of Mt. Morris, NY died Monday October 30, 2023 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morrie where he had been a resident for the past 18 years.  Robert was born on December 30, 1946 the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Ferrara) Battaglia.  Bob had lived the majority of his life in Leicester and Mt. Morris, NY.  He had a great passion and love for Mt. Morris and it was truly where he wanted to be when he passed away.  Bob really enjoyed construction equipment and construction being done in Mt. Morris.  He could be seen all over Mt. Morris watching project's being built.

Robert was predeceased by his parent's; Joseph and Josephine (Ferrara) Battaglia, his cousin Josephine Argenta who looked out for him after his parent's passed away, along with many other relatives.  He is survived by several cousins. Robert's family would like to thank the staff at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation for the 18 years of wonderful care that Bob received while he resided there

A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday April 23 at 8 am at St. Patrick's Church, 46 Stanley Street, Mount Morris.  Friends and family who wish may make memorial contributions to St. Patrick's Cemetery in his memory.  Arrangements by the John W.
