RONALD WILLIAM MOYER age 79 of Mount Morris, NY, died suddenly on Saturday October 24, 2020 at his home.  He was born the son of Manning and Mary (Scott) Moyer on June 13, 1941 in Warsaw, NY.  He graduated from Mount Morris Central School in 1958.  He married Rose LoVerde on May 26, 1972.  He served in the Navy from 1958 to 1962, Navy Reserves from 1962-75 and retired as Sergeant First Class from the Army National Guard at the Seneca Army Depot where he served from 1981 to 2001 after more the 36 total years of service for his country.  He was a member of the Perry VFW Post, Lifetime member of the Wayland American Legion and nearly a 50 year member of the Active Hose Company of the Mount Morris Fire Department.  Ron loved to go hunting, fishing, target shooting, history and watching baseball.

He is survived by his loving wife of over 48 years Rose.  His children JoAnn (Andrew) LoVerde-Dropp of Georgia, ToniAnn (David) Montione of Oregon, Veronica (Mike Nevelus) Medlin of Florida, Kenneth (Donna) Moyer of Virginia and Stephen Moyer of Florida.  Several Grand and Great grandchildren.  Brother Donald Moyer of Florida.  Many Nieces, nephews and dear and loving friends.

No prior calling.  Graveside services with full military honors will be held at Bath National Cemetery on Monday June 14,2021 at 11 am.  Memorials may be made to Mount Morris Fire Department.  Arrangements by the JOHN W.
